Todocima (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our app or website.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Todocima app and website. By downloading, accessing, or using Todocima, you agree to comply with these Terms.
You agree to use Todocima only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Misuse, hacking, or unauthorized access to our systems is strictly prohibited.
All app content, code, and logos are the exclusive property of Todocima and its owner (ИП Исахан, Kazakhstan). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Users own the content they create (tasks, notes, journals, etc.). We do not access or share personal data without consent. Anonymous usage data may be collected to improve app performance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Todocima at any time if users violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
Todocima is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.
The app may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use such services at your own discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes will be resolved under Kazakh jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
